It's a mixed bag, that comes together as one, with producers hand-picked for their own flair and approach to add more magic to the songs.

'Babylon' was produced by Dave Harper at The Vault Studio on the Sunshine Coast. The first foray into the studio for the then four-piece, resulting in an impressive debut single. A song with a slightly darker, rock-edge, but allowing the skanking guitars and rapid-fire vocals to bust through.

'Impolite' - a crowd favourite - was chosen, and Bearfoot had one producer in mind that could make this track a complete banger; Paulie B at Tanuki Lounge. Locking themselves into the West End Studio for a few days, the band re-emerged, tired yet triumphant. 'Impolite' hit hard with massive hooks, bubbling keys, and a bouncing rhythm section.

When it came to choosing a track as a nod to the Vibe Tribe, it was obvious. The sun-soaked cheerful tune, 'One Drop' HAD to be recorded, and it was long-time friend Brian Goodworth at Big Rock Studio that was perfect for it. Simple, poppy, and a perfect contrast to the darker roots tones of 'Babylon' and 'Impolite'. They stripped back the production, but left some nice touches (including a sneaky guitar solo from the B-Man himself).

Two of the new recruits to the Bearfoot arsenal, 'Could Be Worse', and 'Dreamer' (which was a reworking of an older Bearfoot track) were roadtested at Woodford, given the nod, and taken proudly to Paulie B at Tanuki Lounge again. These two tracks are the yin yang of the EP - one light, one dark, but working together to deliver similar messages and complementing each other. Huge bass alert!

And one can't ignore the awesome Mr Boogie's cameo, recorded on Voicemail.

While Paulie B mastered his productions as well ('Impolite', 'Could Be Worse' and 'Dreamer'), Bearfoot chose Paul Blakey at 12th & Vine in Broadbeach to master the other tracks, having them blend nicely together.
